I started workouts September 21 this year, and my first weigh in was 179 lbs. I gained a pound and remembered that muscle weighs more than fat, so I quit weighing every week. 2 weeks ago I weighed 179 and today I weighed 175 =D
Just wanted to document that today.
I’m not writing much. I’m pretty fatigued today, and I think its a lot to do with the wind. I don’t like wind. I’ll need to blog about why, but I don’t have the energy today. Its crazy windy and cold. The apartments normally remind us while its still warm to open all doors and windows and run the heater for a bit, to burn off dust and such. But they didn’t this year, and we didn’t think of it. So its really cold in here today. I don’t want to run the heater alone, so I’m waiting for B to get home.
Good thing I washed my big ol crochet blanket. I’m gonna go back to reading and coffee now.
