Ah, I love it when a company offers customer service and follows up on it. The last time I wrote about this, they had sent me an email in response to one I didn’t remember writing, and I wrote them back.
Today I received the following email:
I’m the Program Manager for Accessibility here at Amazon. I wanted to touch base with you on the issue you experienced on our site, in regards to selecting the numbers of stars for product reviews. I have engaged the team responsible for this portion of our site and have been informed that a fix is currently in the works. We expect to have this in place within the next couple of months.
I will follow up with you once I have received confirmation that the update has been made and you are once again able to select the number of start for your product reviews.
Thank you again for reaching out to us and I will be in touch shortly.

Nice, huh? I’m not posting her information because I don’t want her being flooded with inquiries hehe! Call me selfish. 😉
